Our beginning was from a trading office in Zakho border between Iraq and Turkey, and with the development and growth of our work, we decided to establishing our current company which is Midi Company that managed by the owner of the company, Mr. Abdullah Abdul Majeed Saleh, with a long experience extending from the year 1997, where the company began implementing its business plans with steady steps, progressing steadily until… It was able to compete at the level of Iraq, thanks to God, and then thanks to its wise and advanced management, integrated technical staff, qualified staff, and stable financial capacity, we were able to work in the field of general trade to import all of biscuits, chocolate, and cake, to be the exclusive agents for the ANI BISKÜVi ÇIKOLATA KEK factory located in the Turkish city of Karaman since 2008, we have also established the ANI PLAST factory in partnership with our Turkish partners in 2011 to produce single-use plastic containers of various types and shapes, as well as plastic sheets and layers known as P.E.T. The company now occupies a prestigious position among commercial companies and is considered the first in terms of its activity in Duhok Governorate.

The company also has a long history in various commercial activities, including importing and exporting goods to and from the European continent and other countries, the European Union, the Republic of Turkey, and until now, according to the requirements of the local market for each period of time. Where in a year 2005 We started trading sugar from Turkey and obtained the edible oil agency from the Turkish factory (Bizga).
